You will train and supervise the cleaning staff, prepare employee schedules, keep an inventory of cleaning supplies, inspect rooms and common areas to ensure they clean and meet the hotel’s standards, and report to upper management. You will need to communicate with other departments about things that are going on within the hotel, such as front desk and the maintenance workers. Some managerial experience is preferred. 3+ years of housekeeping experience is required. You must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle. Must be willing to work holidays and weekends as needed. Must be able to pass a background check.
