You will monitor and respond to support requests from staff members. You will complete detailed troubleshooting of technical problems associated with computer hardware and software while documenting the process and results. You will complete weekly reports, provide user training on newly installed software and hardware, etc. 1-2 years of IT experience is preferred. A background check is required.
$15-$18/ hr.
