You will be proving first response for users requiring assistance with the equipment and systems and assist in troubleshooting. You will perform password resets, monitor incoming voicemail and email, input and assign work orders and support tickets, run and deliver report to the proper destinations, etc. You must have good communication and problem-solving skills. You must have some experience with Microsoft windows, Microsoft office suite, and internet explorer. You must have one year of experience as a computer operator on a mainframe or midrange computer or related education or experience. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
