Overseeing the lobby, greeting and helping customers, maintaining a positive interaction with clients that may be confused or angry, handling 150-200 calls a day, determine if a consumer needs crisis or non-crisis responses and following through, referring people to other staff, leaving clear messages, assisting people with forms, etc. Must be able to pass a drug screen and a background check.
