You will answer a high volume of phone calls, oversee the lobby, schedule appointments, work with complex computer software programs, explain rates and charges, assist customers, etc. You must be able to handle stress well and multitask. You also must be able to talk to someone who is under distress and make a lay person decision as to whether they need crisis or non-crisis responses and follow through accordingly. Must be able to pass a drug screen and a background check.
