You will be remodeling and maintaining rental houses/units doing everything from flooring to roofing as needed at each house/unit.  At least one year of previous carpentry experience is required.  There will be some heavy lifting.  You must have a driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

Wage: $20-$24/hr. DOE
