You will provide support to the manager for duties ranging from receptionist and filing to information tracking and report writing. You will assist in issuing permits, processing payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and record keeping. You must be knowledgeable and fluent in QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word programs. An associate’s degree in business, communications or related field is preferred. Previous office experience is required. You must have a valid Oregon Driver’s License, and a background check will be required.
