You will monitor and respond to support requests, troubleshoot a variety of technical support problems related to technology systems, document processes and results, inform users of IT policies and best practices, provide input to management, and other duties as assigned. 1-2 years of IT experience is preferred, as well as experience with Microsoft 365 Suite, Microsoft Windows, and Support Request Ticket Systems. A current Oregon Driver’s License and background check will be required.
